My Partner and I recently purchased a water filtration system to neutralize and soften our water as well as eliminate the PFAS/Forever Chemicals that were found in our well water on Martha's Vineyard. The system they put in serves both the main house and a cottage, and happily could be placed in and connected into our well at the same time..The two service technicians who came out, JD and Reed, were great!!!.They were professional, informative, efficient, personable, considerate and very positive in all they did.We could not have had better technicians or a better experience.Thank you so much to Culligan in Sanwhich, MA!!!.And warm regards to JD, Reed, and George!

Truly a great experience working with George and our local Culligan team over the past two years.We purchased a home with an existing filtration system - but still struggled with discolored water - we live on a pond, with well water. George was patient enough to walk us through the testing process, and proposed a water softening system to resolve our issues.Even since the softener has been installed, we've had perfect water and zero troubles. From the initial meeting to quoting our new filtration system he was timely, clear and available to answer questions or to address concerns.The installer, Patrick, was professional, courteous, and a good mechanic. From the beginning Culligan was super professional and timely with install and first meeting. Came out to do a water test and install of filtration system was done a few days later. Couldnt be happier with our system. Can clearly taste the difference in the water. Worth every penny

Process from sales to install was simple and easy. The sales guy had the water tested, answered our questions, and wasn’t pushy at all. Install was a breeze and looks like a piece of artwoek in the mechanical room. For whole house filtration, it was well worth the price and piece of mind. I have been referring my friends.

A shout out to Brad in Customer Service. When our faucet mounted filter stopped working, he patiently walked us through ways to check it out then when nothing worked, he sent us a replacement. It came quickly and we're back in action! The best case scenario when a problem arises, is to have a good support system in place and Brad certainly was it for us! I so appreciate a company standing by their product. Thank you Brad!

Having a water treatment system from culligan has been great!! It stopped my copper pipes from having pin hole leaks and saved me tons of plumbing costs and aggravation. The franchise in Sandwich ma has always been very accommodating with service appointments. I would highly recommend
